HR Business Partner – HR Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with middle and senior management to convert business objectives into HR strategies and actionable steps.

• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to enhance decision-making and foster data-driven discussions at all levels.

• Assist in organizational design, including structure, role definitions, and workforce planning.

• Contribute to job architecture through leveling, grading, and KPI frameworks.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, development, internal mobility, and offboarding.

• Create and uphold HR policies and processes that align with business needs, extending beyond mere compliance.

• Mentor and advise managers on people management, employee relations, and HR procedures.

• Detect organizational challenges early, recommend practical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

• Lead and engage in HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective delivery.

• Work closely with the FinOps Manager on payroll, accruals, and compensation-related issues.

• Coordinate tightly with the HR Operations / People Partner Manager and Recruiter to maintain a smooth and consistent people function.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Lead role.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with middle and senior management.

• Experience in international or multicultural settings.

• Strong knowledge in Performance Management and the full Employee Lifecycle.

• Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues, including conflicts, retention challenges, and offboarding.

• Proficient in working with HR data: metrics, reporting, and analytics, presenting evidence rather than relying solely on instinct.

• Fluent in English at a B2+ level (used in daily operations).

• Based in Kyiv (preferred).

• ✦ PLUS: Knowledge of Ukrainian employment specifics, including gig contracts, PE arrangements, and military registration.
