This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist HR Solutions Partners in the identification, mapping, and documentation of local HR operational processes (what, when, and how).

• Collaborate closely with HR teams to gain insights into existing processes, local variations, and operational realities.

• Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or risks and provide HRSPs with actionable, implementable recommendations.

• Organize, analyze, and integrate HR data from various systems and sources.

• Facilitate collaboration with HR Shared Services by preparing clear process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based service models.

• Contribute to enhancing the employee experience through clear HR self-service solutions and user-friendly information.

• Aid in the review, improvement, and maintenance of priority HR knowledge articles.

• Create and maintain standard checklists (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, and recurring HR activities).

• Support selected operational HR topics, including HR audit preparation, job description repositories, and bonus letter creation.

• Spot opportunities for automation, standardization, and process simplification.

• Engage in HR digitalization and process transformation projects.

• Analyze data flows between HR systems and propose enhancements.

• Prepare data-driven recommendations and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generalist HR knowledge with a robust understanding of HR processes and operational needs.

• Experience or strong interest in HR operations, HR processes, or HR support functions.

• Experience working in or with an HR Shared Services environment is beneficial.

• Understanding of how global or regional HR models interact with local HR execution.

• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday is a significant advantage.

• Strong focus on project and process (workflow) orientation.

• Ability to document, structure, and enhance HR processes.

• Analytical mindset with an emphasis on simplification, integration, and automation.

• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and various stakeholders.

• Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

• Pragmatic, proactive, and results-driven approach.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
