Human Resources Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and revise employee handbooks and HR policies tailored for clients

• Perform thorough benefits audits and suggest enhancements

• Create and maintain organizational charts and workforce planning tools

• Define, monitor, and analyze HR-related key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Design and facilitate ongoing employee growth and development initiatives

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures

• Manage and track leaves of absence

• Collaborate with managers on disciplinary measures and performance improvement strategies

• Ensure HR compliance across various states and regulatory frameworks

• Enhance existing HR technology and assist in the implementation of new systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and address client needs effectively

• Outstanding organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
