This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support strategic Group HR initiatives, which may involve the development and implementation of a unified recruiting process across the organization.
• Aid in the creation of Targeted Selection behavioral interview guides for specific positions.
• Evaluate compensation for selected roles throughout the Group, identifying chances to enhance alignment and consistency within the organization.
• Compile and expand electronic learning pathways covering various onboarding, functional, and leadership subjects.
• Perform daily system audits and generate reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist HR teams with projects aimed at improving onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with HR & TA on process enhancements, PowerPoint presentations, electronic forms, and meeting coordination.
• Maintain daily reporting and analytics for training, data integrity, and compliance purposes.
• Create brochures and supplementary travel materials for various Leadership Development Programs.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited program to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or another relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• Adaptability in various situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
