This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily assistance for Workday business processes and configurations.
• Diagnose and address system issues, data inconsistencies, and user inquiries.
• Oversee, prioritize, and resolve support tickets in alignment with established service levels.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to pinpoint root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Configure and sustain Workday business processes, validations, notifications, calculated fields, and security measures.
• Assist in system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Document requirements and support solution design and testing efforts.
• Engage in Workday biannual release reviews and regression testing activities.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
• Analyze HR data and offer reporting support for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Perform functional and user acceptance testing for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Record test scenarios, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
• Aid in stakeholder communications and training related to system modifications.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and IT teams.
• Provide Workday expertise and guidance to business stakeholders.
• Assist with annual HR processes, including performance cycles, compensation planning, benefits administration, and organizational changes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of HRIS experience with Workday.
• Experience in supporting one or more Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, or Reporting.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Workday reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday security administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and EIBs is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other case management platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale HR technology initiatives or system implementations is preferred.
• Overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
