Human Resources Generalist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local and federal labor laws and regulations

• Design, implement, and sustain effective HR policies and procedures

• Work collaboratively with managers to enhance leadership capabilities

• Collaborate with staff and management to offer expert advice on HR policies

• Evaluate data and trends to guide HR strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Human Resources position

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree is preferred)

• Familiarity with JazzHR, Monday.com, Rippling, or similar platforms
