This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate offer letters, employment documentation, and related employee communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Assess new hire requests and employment documents prior to distributing materials or commencing onboarding procedures.
• Facilitate a clear and organized onboarding and orientation process regarding HR systems, policies, expectations, and resources.
• Manage standard offboarding responsibilities.
• Enhance payroll accuracy by guaranteeing timely HR data input.
• Assist with necessary HR compliance activities.
• Act as a responsive and reliable first point of contact for daily employee inquiries.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, encompassing generalist responsibilities across essential HR functions.
• Foundational HR certification, or the active pursuit of certification, such as aPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar; or a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience handling a high volume of employee, manager, or customer service requests.
• Capability to convey HR information in a clear and precise manner.
• Proven ability to prioritize requests and escalate when necessary.
• Skill in identifying trends in employee inquiries or process inefficiencies.
