This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for team members and frontline managers regarding HR operational inquiries, such as policy guidance, employee development, benefits questions, and payroll matters.

• Address standard HR inquiries and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Leave Administration, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS partners to route, track, and resolve questions.

• Oversee employee relations intake alongside the ER team and carry out preliminary fact-finding.

• Forward complex employee relations matters to the Director, HRBP when appropriate.

• Evaluate and prioritize employee concerns.

• Assist managers with regular performance and attendance issues as well as disciplinary actions.

• Facilitate performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, and managerial training.

• Provide support to geographically dispersed employees and leaders across various states.

• Raise state-specific employment requirement issues when necessary.

• Cultivate relationships with frontline leaders who may not be situated in traditional office environments.

• Aid in organizational changes, workforce transitions, and positional alterations.

• Monitor HR trends across different regions and escalate recurring issues.

• Ensure the consistent application and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in communicating and executing new or revised company policies.

• Maintain precise employee data in the HRIS.

• Track and report essential operational metrics.

• Ensure that organizational and reporting-line modifications are accurately reflected in the HRIS.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in an HR operational capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as Workday, along with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with AI tools.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
