This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to create and implement people strategies that align with operational objectives.
• Act as a reliable advisor on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits to ensure a seamless employee life cycle experience.
• Examine workforce trends and HR metrics to pinpoint opportunities and offer recommendations.
• Manage intricate employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Over 3 years of experience supporting manufacturing, operations, distribution, or industrial settings.
• Proven experience in managing complex employee relations investigations.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in coaching frontline managers through to senior leadership.
• Capability to oversee multiple business units remotely.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, or similar).
