This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Offers guidance on various matters, including but not limited to benefits, payroll, and overall policies and procedures.
β’ Advises departmental managers in assessing workforce requirements and engages in recruitment efforts to identify, interview, hire, and train qualified candidates.
β’ Organizes and updates organizational charts, employee files, and employee information, while locating and distributing documents as necessary.
β’ Contributes to the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
β’ Identifies and participates in the creation and implementation of improved processes, providing recommendations to the company based on findings.
β’ Stays informed about employment laws and regulations at the state, federal, and local levels, and communicates their impact to HR management.
β’ A university degree is required (i.e., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
β’ Must be a collaborative team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
β’ Excellent communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats.
β’ Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities to achieve desired results.
β’ High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity.
β’ Takes personal accountability for achieving goals and standards.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
β’ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
