This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a reliable HR business partner to clinical leadership, offering strategic HR guidance that aligns with business objectives.
β’ Work collaboratively with management on HR requirements and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement.
β’ Provide advice to leadership regarding employee relations, talent management, and performance enhancement.
β’ Assist managers in addressing and resolving conflicts, fostering open communication, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
β’ Support performance management processes, goal-setting, coaching, and feedback for clinical staff.
β’ Manage clinical compensation adjustments and bonus payments in conjunction with HR Operations and Payroll.
β’ Process clinical promotions and changes in reporting lines.
β’ Monitor clinical employee relations issues, maintain necessary documentation, and compile data to identify trends.
β’ Coordinate workplace accommodation requests in collaboration with HR Operations and clinical leadership.
β’ Collaborate with Learning & Development on clinical onboarding and evaluate data regarding new-hire experiences.
β’ Analyze HR metrics related to employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation, and suggest process enhancements.
β’ Conduct clinical exit interviews and manage related offboarding tasks to inform retention strategies.
β’ Undertake additional HR responsibilities and special projects as required.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field.
β’ Over 3 years of progressive HR experience providing business partnership in expanding organizations.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
β’ Occasional travel may be necessary for meetings or site visits.
β’ Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
β’ Proficiency in ADP, HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
β’ Experience collaborating closely with remote teams; healthcare or telehealth experience is beneficial.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
β’ Experience in performance tracking, conducting exit interviews, and developing retention strategies.
β’ Familiarity with reasonable accommodation processes and HR best practices.
β’ Capability to excel in a fast-paced virtual environment.
