Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders across India and the APAC region, as well as stakeholders in the US and EMEA, to grasp organizational priorities and convert them into strategic people plans.

• Offer daily HR guidance on matters related to employee relations, performance management, restructuring, and organizational design.

• Assist leaders in fostering engagement, building capabilities, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing the commercial needs with HR best practices.

• Support comprehensive recruitment efforts across India and select APAC markets.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.

• Work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition teams.

• Promote diversity hiring and ensure adherence to organizational hiring standards and governance.

• Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HRBP or HR generalist in a dynamic environment.

• Background in Talent Acquisition, preferably across various regions; experience in India/APAC is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and HR practices.

• Capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

• Results-driven with a strong focus on delivery.

• Commercially savvy and practical.

• High levels of resilience and adaptability.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to establish trust rapidly and collaborate effectively.
