This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main HR contact for a designated function or region, offering prompt assistance to managers on everyday personnel issues.
• Convert managerial requirements into precise HR actions, ensuring that talent and workforce processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the implementation of performance cycles, talent evaluations, and related follow-up actions.
• Assist in workforce planning by managing hiring requests, documenting justifications, tracking approvals, and maintaining transparency regarding headcount changes.
• Handle employee relations matters from start to finish, including issue intake, documentation, investigative support, and resolution.
• Aid in onboarding activities and assist with employee lifecycle processes such as promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, and offboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate hiring processes, including visibility coordination, offer inputs, and tracking processes.
• Promote consistent people practices by coaching managers, addressing real-time inquiries, and ensuring proper application of policies and processes.
• Keep employee data, documentation, and records accurate in collaboration with People Operations.
• Work collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure correct implementation of workforce changes.
• Identify emerging trends or risks concerning team effectiveness, retention, or compliance and share insights with People leadership.
• Gradually strengthen partnerships with managers by providing insights that aid in shaping proactive people and workforce decisions.
• In a lean, scaling environment, assist with selected coordination activities to ensure efficient progress of people initiatives.
• Approximately 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, including roles as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar execution-focused position.
• Experience in supporting a specific business group or functional area with day-to-day HR responsibilities.
• Proven ability to implement core HR processes from start to finish in dynamic or fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and confidence in handling employee relations matters with appropriate escalation.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to balance structured execution with shifting priorities.
