πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Gathers and consolidates HR metrics and data from multiple sources, including the Workday human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs.

β€’ Evaluates data and statistics to identify trends and patterns, focusing on recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and adherence to employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Creates, develops, and sustains customized reports, dashboards, and analytics to showcase trends that facilitate improved management decision-making.

β€’ Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual reports/metrics to key stakeholders.

β€’ Proposes recommendations for policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing the organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.

β€’ Guarantees standardized reporting across the HST segment, as well as site-specific reporting, to support informed decision-making.

β€’ Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR processes and data in global HR systems.

β€’ May support HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, training and development, and other related initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

β€’ A minimum of three years of experience with HR Systems, preferably with exposure to related areas such as talent management, recruiting, workforce planning, job classification and compensation, training, and/or equal opportunity compliance.

β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Keen attention to detail.

β€’ Familiarity and experience with HR systems and processes.

β€’ Knowledge of internal controls and data privacy regulations.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal laws regarding employment, HR, and HR policies.

β€’ Capacity to multitask within a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.

β€’ Skilled in or able to quickly learn the Workday HRIS and its various dashboards.
