This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support to the non-exempt workforce and implement essential HR processes, such as Performance Management and Career Pathing, for around 275 employees.
• Collect and analyze Human Resources metrics and data.
• Assist in programs aimed at enhancing retention and engagement.
• Coach and guide frontline managers on employee-related concerns and requirements.
• Aid managers in addressing and resolving performance and employee relations challenges.
• Act as a resource for employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Foster employee engagement by developing action plans and establishing accountability with leaders.
• Support touchpoints, rewards, recognition, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Assist with recognition programs and employee development efforts.
• Conduct thorough, effective, and impartial investigations as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to labor regulations and fulfill audit requests.
• Carry out exit interviews, stay interviews, and additional HR responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR.
• Minimum of 1 year in a human resources business partner role or similar experience.
• Prior Human Resources experience in a rapidly growing organization.
• Exceptional communication skills to cultivate effective relationships with frontline employees and managers.
• Capability to navigate comfortably in ambiguous and dynamic work settings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify underlying issues, recognize trends, and formulate recommendations.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to influence and build robust working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience utilizing spreadsheets for data organization.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
