This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the human capital consultant within the DCSA team, focusing on areas such as employee experience and engagement, workforce development, competencies and skills frameworks, workforce assessment, and organizational design.
• Facilitate both internal and client-facing meetings, which include recurring touchpoints, working sessions, and briefings.
• Organize and execute in-person and virtual events, encompassing the development of communications, coordination of logistics, and support for implementation.
• Design visually engaging, high-quality presentations that enhance storytelling and provide insights for both client and leadership audiences.
• Analyze data sets, conduct assessments, identify trends, and derive significant conclusions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards or data visualizations to aid in workforce decision-making.
• Collaborate with the prime contractor's team and the client's functional leads to ensure deliverables are on track and align with engagement standards.
• Uphold the active Top Secret clearance and security posture required by the program.
• Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance; candidates should have a current, active TS clearance at the time of hiring and must maintain it throughout the duration of the assignment.
• Experience as an Associate (Experienced) consultant level, typically with four (4) or more years in consulting or human capital roles.
• Knowledge in one or more human capital domains, such as employee experience/engagement, workforce development, competencies and skills frameworks, workforce assessment, or organizational design.
• Demonstrated capability to facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, including recurring touchpoints, working sessions, and briefings.
• Proven experience in planning and executing in-person and virtual events, which includes developing communications, coordinating logistics, and providing implementation support.
• Proficient in creating visually compelling, high-quality presentations that enhance storytelling and insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data sets, including conducting analyses, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, business, public administration, or a related field.
• Ability to effectively work in a fully remote, cleared federal engagement.
