HubSpot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor responsive websites, templates, and landing pages utilizing HubSpot CMS.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web interfaces.

• Create reusable components and front-end modules using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Utilize HubSpot CRM to construct workflows, automate marketing tasks, and integrate forms or data-driven components.

• Enhance backend functionality with Node.js and build/consume RESTful APIs.

• Manage code versioning and collaboration through Git.

• Ensure all deliverables comply with Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) by testing with tools such as Lighthouse, WAVE, and screen readers.

• Debug and optimize performance across all devices and platforms.

• Partner with marketing and technical teams to support ongoing digital campaigns and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot CMS and the HubL templating language (highly preferred).

• Strong frontend development abilities: HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiarity with well-known JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Practical experience with Node.js or Ruby on Rails for backend logic and API integration.

• Solid understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and marketing automation workflows.

• Proficient in Git and collaborative development methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the capability to implement and test for compliance.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
