HubSpot Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and execute workflows, automation, lead scoring, pipelines, reporting, dashboards, data migrations, and integrations within Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs in HubSpot.

• Take full responsibility for client delivery from initial discovery to final completion.

• Participate in discovery sessions, translate client requirements into actionable tasks, support onboarding, and ensure high-quality builds with minimal oversight.

• Engage in client calls, pose clarifying questions, articulate technical decisions, confirm next steps, and maintain project momentum.

• Oversee and enhance the internal HubSpot environment.

• Remain updated on new HubSpot features and implement best practices for deployment.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, standards, and processes for delivery.

• Address ad hoc requests and work independently based on high-level guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically in automation, segmentation, campaigns, reporting, onboarding, and deployment support.

• Capability to work autonomously and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment with limited processes and documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with confidence in direct communication with clients.

• Proactive, hands-on mentality with a focus on ownership, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results.

• Strong technical problem-solving abilities.

• Skill in transforming business requirements into effective HubSpot solutions.

• Experience in an agency or consultancy setting supporting multiple clients is a plus.

• A RevOps or sales-process mindset that extends beyond HubSpot configuration is beneficial.

• Familiarity with integrations and connecting HubSpot to other systems is advantageous.

• HubSpot certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must disclose any ongoing roles or client commitments.

• Engagement on LinkedIn must reflect the role as “Independent Contractor.”
