• Oversee and enhance HubSpot portals for various client accounts as well as internal operations, ensuring optimal platform functionality and user experience.
• Create and sustain workflows, automations, sequences, and lead nurturing initiatives across both Marketing and Sales Hubs.
• Set up and manage CRM components such as deal pipelines, playbooks, forecasting tools, and lifecycle stages.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and attribution models to monitor performance, ROI, and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
• Execute integrations with third-party applications and uphold data integrity through processes like segmentation, deduplication, and data management.
• Perform portal audits, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and offer strategic advice to maximize platform utilization and efficiency.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot and a demonstrated capability to implement and enhance its functionalities.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, workflows, and lead management practices.
• Significant experience with workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution analysis.
• Expertise in HubSpot CRM architecture, including custom objects, properties, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience in implementing integrations utilizing native connectors, Operations Hub, and third-party tools like Zapier or Make.
• Proficiency in constructing reports and dashboards that link marketing and sales performance to revenue results.
