• Oversee and set up the HubSpot CRM, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to adapt to changing business demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to grasp requirements and convert them into scalable CRM solutions.
• Administer and manage CRM objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, lists, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
• Maintain high data quality and integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and implementation of governance procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues related to properties, automation, reporting, and integrations; escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Handle incoming CRM-related requests via the ticketing system, adhering to established SLAs for response and resolution.
• Create and sustain internal documentation, standards, and best practices for CRM utilization.
• Facilitate and assist end users through training sessions, office hours, and continuous system enhancements.
• Work in conjunction with engineering, analytics, and IT teams on integrations, data flows, and system improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, information systems, marketing, or a comparable combination of education and practical experience.
• Practical experience in designing workflows, automation, and reports to enhance business processes, ideally using HubSpot.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. (including air travel) is mandatory up to 2 times per year for in-person team and company-wide meetings.
• Strong grasp of CRM data models, automation, and reporting principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication abilities; capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate across various teams.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in administering a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable).
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated sectors.
• Preferred: Experience with custom integrations and APIs.
• Preferred: Familiarity with data governance, privacy, or compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
