This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for overseeing HubSpot projects for both new and existing clients from start to finish: this includes discovery, workshop facilitation, solution design, implementation, and primarily managing execution (both internal and external).
• You are the key individual who clarifies objectives, drives decisions, and ensures HubSpot is effectively integrated into daily operations.
• Workshops & discovery: You will organize, facilitate, and document workshops (goals, processes, use cases, requirements) confidently engaging with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Solution design & process mapping: You will convert business objectives into HubSpot configurations (Sales/Marketing/Service), encompassing data models, lifecycle management, pipelines, automation processes, reporting, and governance.
• Hands-on implementation: You will personally configure HubSpot (including quality assurance) and deliver solutions that are ready for production.
• Manage execution (delivery management): You will decompose requirements into actionable work packages, brief both internal and external teams (e.g., Ops/Dev/Content), manage timelines, dependencies, and approvals while maintaining high quality.
• Enablement: You will develop training concepts, conduct training sessions, and create documentation/playbooks to empower clients to operate independently.
• AI in daily work: You will effectively utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, conceptualization, documentation, quality assurance, and content workflows (e.g., transforming meeting notes into requirements, creating prompt-based SOPs, developing QA checklists, and structuring data/properties).
• Consultative growth: You will identify opportunities for clients, outline subsequent steps, and collaborate closely with the Sales team (in scoping, effort estimation, and value storytelling).
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HubSpot projects (Consulting/RevOps/CRM) with demonstrated success.
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot Sales / Marketing / Service (with deep experience in at least two Hubs).
• Proficient in workshop facilitation: skilled in preparation, moderation, driving outcomes, and documentation.
• Project management and delivery skills: experience in backlog management, prioritization, dependencies, and stakeholder management (certification is a plus).
• Ability to communicate effectively at the C-level and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Regular use of AI tools in your daily work is essential (not merely a "nice to have") — you should be able to provide examples of how you enhance quality and speed using them.
• Proficient in German and have a good command of English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
• Nice-to-have: HubSpot certifications, experience in RevOps, knowledge of integrations (e.g., ERP, BI, form/tracking setups), and CRM data migration.
• Experience collaborating with external delivery partners/freelancers (briefing, quality assurance, acceptance processes).
• Experience in standardization: creating templates, playbooks, governance, and QA frameworks.
• 30 days of annual leave for full-time employees.
• Team events.
• Collaborative hacking sessions.
• Enjoyable office days at our headquarters in Zurich, located right by the lake.
