This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and take charge of the HSE management system, digital tools, and training framework.

• Establish the systems, standards, and software that facilitate safety ownership at the field level.

• Manage the KoBold HSE Management System comprehensively, including its architecture, document structure, review schedule, and ongoing enhancements in accordance with ISO 45001.

• Oversee KoBold's digital HSE toolkit.

• Create HSE analytics that are practical and beneficial for field teams.

• Lead KoBold's strategy for AI integration in HSE.

• Maintain the global document repository for all HSE standards, programs, and operational procedures.

• Direct the global training strategy and Learning Management System.

• Develop initiatives that foster a strong safety culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years in HSE, with significant experience in managing or supporting enterprise HSE software (such as DATS, Intelex, Cority, Enablon, Sphera, VelocityEHS, or similar).

• Proven experience in creating or significantly enhancing an HSE management system aligned with ISO 45001, ANSI Z10, or an equivalent standard.

• A history of designing HSE training programs and managing a Learning Management System.

• Ability to work effectively across various jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent written communication skills.
