HR/Payroll ERP Software Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute thorough software testing of ERP system functionalities, with a particular emphasis on the Human Resource and Payroll modules.

• Record test outcomes, track issues, and provide support to developers in resolving defects.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, support staff, and implementation groups, to ensure software quality.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios that are pertinent to ERP workflows and functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience utilizing Focus School Software’s ERP system or hands-on experience with comparable ERP platforms in an HR/Payroll role.

• Previous experience as an HR/Payroll end-user, with a robust understanding of ERP workflows and typical user scenarios.

• Experience in software testing, particularly with ERP systems in Human Resources, Payroll, or related administrative fields.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills for effectively documenting and articulating testing results and issues.
