This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Accountable for overseeing data integrity across HR systems.
• Proactively identify discrepancies such as logical errors, absent data, or format inconsistencies.
• Inform and support site HR in addressing data-related challenges.
• Examine problems related to process design, access permissions, and user interactions.
• Work together with COE and IT to pinpoint root causes and ascertain whether issues arise from design shortcomings or user misunderstandings.
• Spearhead and oversee projects that involve system upgrades and module extensions.
• Create data pipelines and logic for system integration concerning HRDB.
• Utilize Power BI and other AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance data validation effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination between local HCM systems and the global HRDB and SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS (and/or C&B) positions, ideally within a global manufacturing or multinational setting.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in database architecture and operational principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in data integration, system improvements, and HR analytics (preferably with Power BI).
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred modules include Employee Center, Compensation, PMGM, and Succession).
