This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the daily operations of the HRIS, which includes data entry, system updates, and user assistance, to maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee information.
β’ Manage employee records, encompassing personal details, employment history, compensation information, and benefits enrollment, while adhering to data privacy laws and company guidelines.
β’ Support the configuration, customization, and testing of the HRIS to facilitate HR processes, workflows, and reporting needs, in partnership with HR stakeholders and IT teams.
β’ Produce regular and on-demand reports, dashboards, and data analyses to aid HR decision-making, workforce planning, and compliance reporting, utilizing HRIS reporting tools and Excel.
β’ Discover opportunities to optimize HR processes, enhance data accuracy and efficiency, and improve user experiences within the HRIS platform through automation, standardization, and best practices.
β’ Offer training and technical assistance to HR team members and end-users regarding HRIS functionalities, processes, and best practices, ensuring effective use and adoption of the system.
β’ Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, company policies, and industry standards in managing HR data, and assist with internal and external audits as required.
β’ Collaborate with HRIS vendors, consultants, and service providers to address system issues, implement upgrades, and remain updated on system improvements and industry developments.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in HRIS administration, data management, HR operations, or a similar position, ideally within a corporate setting.
β’ Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) and the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, data validation, and auditing.
β’ Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, and data reconciliation), capable of conducting data audits, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR processes, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and best practices in HRIS.
β’ Exceptional analytical abilities, with a talent for collecting, analyzing, auditing, and interpreting data to facilitate decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
β’ Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and audit compliance.
β’ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for end users.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
β’ Experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, system integration, or data migration projects is advantageous.
β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or HRIS certification (e.g., HRIP) is preferred but not mandatory.
