This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee comprehensive HRIS implementation projects from the initial planning stages to post-go-live support.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and requests for changes.
• Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collect and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with HRIS vendors and implementation partners throughout the entire implementation process.
• Configure and validate HRIS processes in partnership with functional experts.
• Oversee data migration, system integrations, testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Assist in process redesign and ensure alignment with HR best practices.
• Manage post-implementation stabilization efforts and ongoing system enhancements.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings, steering committee updates, and decision-making sessions.
• Foster strong relationships across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement change management and communication strategies.
• Organize end-user training and create user documentation.
• Support business readiness initiatives to ensure effective system adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics and suggest improvements as needed.
• Track project KPIs, budget, risks, and overall project health.
• Prepare executive-level project reports and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance processes and data privacy regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and implementation artifacts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, leave management, organizational management, and performance management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance.
• Experience integrating HRIS platforms with Payroll, Identity Management, ATS, or ERP is a significant advantage.
