HRIS Analyst – Oracle Payroll Solutions Management

📋 Description

• The Analyst HRIS Solutions Management is a senior-level professional tasked with overseeing and enhancing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to facilitate HR operations.

• This position encompasses a technical role that supports one or multiple HCM systems and/or modules, involving the troubleshooting of HRIS data, ensuring system precision, and generating reports to fulfill organizational requirements.

• The Analyst HRIS Solutions Management collaborates closely with HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors to configure systems, conduct testing, implement system upgrades, manage data integration, and ensure the seamless functioning of HR systems.

• Additionally, they provide training, produce system documentation, and contribute to process enhancements to improve HR functions.

• This role is focused on delivering proactive system-related solutions with an emphasis on continuous improvement, user experience, system adoption, and data integrity.

• They will act as project leads, with strong technical abilities, experience with HRIS platforms, and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes being crucial for success in this position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Kronos, including advanced configuration, integration, and optimization to support intricate business processes.

• Advanced analytical and diagnostic capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex system issues, influence decision-making through data insights, and guide solution design.

• Trusted to manage and protect highly sensitive HR data, ensuring full compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

• Skilled in developing advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and HRIS-native tools, and capable of translating data into actionable insights for leadership.

• Leads or oversees system configuration and enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies and stakeholder requirements.

• Manages and carries out full-cycle system testing, including test planning, scenario development, UAT coordination, and issue resolution; ensures system integrity following upgrades or releases.

• Proficient in utilizing HRIS platforms and tools, including HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI, and HCM extracts, for data integration, reporting, and analytics.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or a related field or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience is also required.

• Experience in the implementation and/or maintenance of business systems is preferred for 3-5 years.

• Kronos Workforce Dimensions certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain it within the first year of employment; Oracle Cloud Certification is also a plus, or willingness to obtain it within the first year of employment.
