This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in configuring Oracle HCM modules according to established specifications and instructions.
• Conduct regular maintenance of core system tables and HR data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Aid in troubleshooting basic system errors and escalate more complicated issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Collect and document preliminary user requirements for minor enhancements or modifications to the system.
• Engage in testing activities for system upgrades and new features, adhering to established testing plans.
• Offer basic support and guidance to end-users regarding HRIS functionalities.
• Contribute to the documentation of HRIS processes and system configurations.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an HRIS or similar technical support role.
• Basic understanding of HRIS concepts and fundamental database structures.
• Proficient in data entry, maintenance, and generating basic reports from HR systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables and lookups.
