HRFS Consultant – Workday Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The HRFS Consultant - Workday Payroll acts as a reliable advisor to clients by delivering expertise in Workday Payroll features, configuration, reporting, and industry best practices.

• This position collaborates closely with clients to facilitate implementations, optimize systems, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing service delivery.

• The consultant is accountable for managing project deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• This role operates independently on complex client projects while cultivating in-depth subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and associated HR and payroll processes.

• Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and resolving issues related to Workday reports is highly desirable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in payroll, payroll technology consulting, HR technology consulting, HCM consulting, or a related area.

• Practical experience with Workday Payroll.

• Experience in supporting client-facing projects, implementations, or managed services engagements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
