This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients by offering functional expertise and advisory support.
• Facilitate discussions regarding system capabilities, business processes, and best practices in designated domains.
• Suggest solutions that connect client needs with industry standards and Strada methodologies.
• Aid client decision-making through insightful analysis, recommendations, and risk assessment.
• Oversee functional implementation and support tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle, including: Discovery and requirements gathering, Solution design, Effort estimation, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-production support.
• Ensure that project outputs are delivered punctually, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in designated functional areas.
• Keep track of legislative, regulatory, and compliance changes that affect supported solutions.
• Offer functional expertise during sales efforts, client presentations, and solution discussions.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in implementing and/or supporting HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, or similar HCM solutions.
• Proven experience leading client-facing projects and functional workstreams.
• Strong comprehension of business process design, system configuration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
