HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver written replies to client inquiries regarding general employment and business law issues.

• Offer support exclusively via email and phone.

• Perform research, review, and drafting of policies, forms, and documents related to employment and business law.

• Address the short-term and long-term legal project requirements of client law firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Washington.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR/Employment Law within the licensed state.

• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner, providing complete responses to client inquiries in most cases.

• Experience with research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.

• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
