HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries in writing regarding daily employment and business law issues.

• Offer support exclusively through email and phone communications.

• Perform research, review, and drafting of policies, forms, and documents related to employment and business law.

• Aim to provide thorough answers to client inquiries in a single response whenever possible.

• Assist with both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law is required.

• Extensive knowledge of HR/Employment Law within the licensed state.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and complete answers to client inquiries in one response, in most cases.

• Experience in researching, reviewing, and drafting employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.

• Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• A self-starter who can work independently.
