HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver written responses to client inquiries concerning routine employment and business law issues.

• Assist client law firms with both short-term and long-term legal assignments.

• Conduct research, review, and draft policies, forms, and documents related to employment and business law.

• Address client inquiries via email and telephone.

• Operate independently while adhering to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR/Employment Law in Pennsylvania.

• Strong written communication skills that are clear, concise, and comprehensive.

• Capable of providing complete written responses to client inquiries in a single reply in most instances.

• Experience in research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.

• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual able to work independently.
