HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Craft written responses to client inquiries regarding everyday employment and business law issues.

• Assist client law firms with various on-demand legal projects.

• Conduct research, review, and draft policies, forms, and documents related to employment and business law.

• Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive answers to client questions.

• Operate independently and adhere to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Ohio.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law.

• Thorough understanding of HR/Employment Law in the licensed state.

• Exceptional written communication skills that are clear, concise, and comprehensive.

• Capable of delivering complete written responses to client inquiries in a single reply in most cases.

• Experience in researching, reviewing, and drafting employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.

• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
