HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver written replies to client inquiries regarding common employment and business law issues.

• Offer support via email and phone.

• Conduct research, review, and draft policies, forms, and documents related to employment and business law.

• Provide thorough answers to client inquiries, typically in a single response.

• Assist client law firms with both short-term and long-term legal projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law.

• Extensive knowledge of HR/Employment Law in the state of licensure.

• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and complete responses to client inquiries, usually in one reply.

• Some experience in researching, reviewing, and drafting employment and business law policies, forms, and documents.

• Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
