HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries in writing regarding general employment and business law issues.

• Assist client law firms via email and telephone communication.

• Conduct research, review, and draft documents, policies, and forms related to employment and business law.

• Provide thorough answers to client inquiries, typically within a single response.

• Operate independently and adhere to deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Illinois.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law.

• Extensive knowledge of HR/Employment Law as it pertains to Illinois.

• Exceptional written communication skills that are clear, concise, and comprehensive.

• Capable of delivering complete written responses to client inquiries in most instances within a single reply.

• Some experience in researching, reviewing, and drafting employment and business law-related documents, policies, and forms.

• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
