HR/Employment Law Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries in writing regarding general employment and business law issues.

• Offer support via email and phone communications.

• Perform research, review, and draft policies, forms, and documents related to employment and business law.

• Engage in both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms.

• Adhere to client deadlines while working autonomously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in California.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR/Employment Law.

• Extensive knowledge of HR/Employment Law in the licensed state.

• Strong written communication skills, able to provide clear and complete answers to client inquiries in a single response in most instances.

• Experience in researching, reviewing, and drafting employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents.

• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
