This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide assistance to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) within designated business sectors regarding employee relations issues, including gathering facts, documentation, case tracking, and follow-up procedures.
β’ Aid managers and HRBPs in the creation, editing, reviewing, approval, and monitoring of corrective action documentation.
β’ Manage follow-up for at-fault vehicle accidents and associated corrective actions in collaboration with HR, Fleet, Safety, Risk Management, and Labor Relations teams.
β’ Assess attendance issues, compile attendance data, prepare corrective action documents, and oversee follow-up procedures.
β’ Support matters related to Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL), Driver's Licenses (DL), Department of Transportation (DOT), and restricted or suspended licenses by gathering information, managing timelines, coordinating follow-ups, and issuing temporary work arrangement letters.
β’ Keep precise logs, trackers, and updates on case statuses for deadlines, approvals, documentation, and follow-up activities.
β’ Address process inquiries from managers, appropriately direct issues, and furnish HRBPs with necessary context.
β’ Respond to employee inquiries via phone calls and Teams messages, direct questions accordingly, and ensure prompt follow-up.
β’ Assist with preparations for terminations and separations, including Dayforce separation processing and offboarding coordination.
β’ 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally in roles such as HR Business Partner, employee relations, HR generalist, HR operations, or HR analyst.
β’ Proficient understanding of employee relations processes, corrective action procedures, attendance management, performance documentation, and application of HR policies.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting documentation for corrective actions, case tracking, investigations, manager follow-ups, or related HR processes.
β’ Capability to work with tools such as Dayforce, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and ticketing or case management systems.
β’ Strong skills in Excel and reporting, including data compilation, analysis, summarization, and effective communication of information.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools to enhance efficiency, summarize information, aid documentation, identify trends, and streamline HR processes, while ensuring accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment.
β’ A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
β’ A keen interest in the HRBP role and a commitment to developing foundational skills in employee relations, manager support, documentation, and HR processes.
β’ Ability to handle changing priorities and manage multiple concurrent cases, deadlines, and requests from stakeholders.
β’ Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to guide managers while upholding professionalism, consistency, and confidentiality.
β’ Strong judgment with the capability to escalate sensitive, complex, or high-risk issues.

β’ Starting salary range of $50,000 to $64,300
β’ Compensation determined by experience, skills, education, and geographical location
