This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Align HR practices with the goals of the organization.
• Serve as a bridge between employees and the leadership team.
• Provide everyday HR assistance.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.
• Establish robust relationships with managers to address operational needs.
• Support the execution of performance management processes.
• Assist in the rollout of engagement programs and surveys.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, offering valuable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote setting.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the BPO or shared services sector is a significant advantage.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial but not mandatory.
