This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Establish robust working relationships with managers and team leaders to comprehend operational requirements and obstacles.
β’ Offer practical HR advice and support concerning daily personnel matters.
β’ Collaborate with leaders to execute HR strategies that enhance team performance and drive business results.
β’ Act as the primary contact for employee issues, delivering guidance and resolution assistance.
β’ Conduct investigations and fact-finding, ensuring equitable and consistent enforcement of company policies.
β’ Foster a positive workplace atmosphere through proactive conflict resolution and effective communication.
β’ Assist in the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and coaching.
β’ Advise managers on performance improvement plans and employee development discussions.
β’ Help cultivate a culture of accountability and ongoing feedback.
β’ Aid in the rollout of engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives.
β’ Analyze feedback and propose actionable enhancements to boost employee satisfaction.
β’ Support recognition programs and initiatives that uphold company culture.
β’ Ensure compliance with HR policies, company standards, and local labor regulations (Philippines).
β’ Deliver clear and prompt guidance to employees and managers regarding policies and procedures.
β’ Monitor and evaluate HR metrics, including attrition, attendance, and engagement statistics.
β’ Provide insights and suggestions to enhance workforce trends and results.
β’ Assist in the execution of HR programs, tools, and organizational adjustments.
β’ Help with communications and training to facilitate the smooth adoption of new initiatives.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and practices.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 1β2 years of HR experience, ideally in an HRBP or generalist role.
β’ Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
β’ Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
β’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote work setting.
β’ Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Experience in the BPO or shared services sector is a significant advantage.
β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is beneficial but not mandatory.
