This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate existing HR operating models, processes, policies, and technologies.
• Create HR transformation roadmaps that align with business expansion and workforce strategies.
• Provide guidance to clients on HR digitalization, workforce modernization, and employee experience projects.
• Assist in designing future-state HR operating models utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and SAP GROW solutions.
• Perform HR maturity assessments and evaluate transformation readiness.
• Analyze and enhance end-to-end HR processes, including: Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Management, and Workforce Administration.
• Suggest process standardization and harmonization in line with SAP best practices.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process design sessions.
• Create process maps, governance structures, and transformation recommendations.
• Aid in organizational readiness and change management efforts.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and workforce adoption initiatives.
• Develop business cases for HR transformation and frameworks for value realization.
• Assist in leadership alignment and workforce transition planning.
• Encourage user adoption and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Offer functional insights on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities and HR transformation potentials.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on solution design and alignment of business processes.
• Engage in governance meetings, steering committees, and transformation workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, HCM Advisory, or Organizational Change Management.
• Deep knowledge of HR business processes and operating model design.
• Experience in supporting enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud-based HCM solutions and HR technologies.
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and consulting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations (preferred).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (preferred).
• Experience in supporting SAP GROW or SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation initiatives (preferred).
• Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred).
• Background in consulting or system integration (preferred).
• MBA, HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD), or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
