HR Technology Architect – ServiceNow HRSD, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold standards for HR technology architecture and integration principles.

• Create comprehensive solutions utilizing ServiceNow HRSD, HRIS, identity and access management, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms.

• Oversee integrations among HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, ITSM, document management, and communication platforms.

• Promote automation, self-service options, workflow simplification, and enhancements to the employee experience.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions and plan roadmaps.

• Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, audit, and governance standards.

• Assist in optimizing AI-enabled HR operations, case management, and service analytics.

• Offer architectural direction for APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current HRSD certification is required; strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD architecture and functionalities is essential.

• Must possess ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; having an active CIS-HR implementation certification is a plus.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR technology, enterprise architecture, or HR systems integrations.

• Proven experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms with enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and authentication standards.

• Background in workflow automation and service management processes.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Knowledge of HR processes, including employee lifecycle, case management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations.

• Comprehension of the application delivery lifecycle, encompassing development in lower environments, testing, deployment controls, and change governance.

• Experience in global environments with governance and compliance considerations is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
