This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver functional administration and support for the SAP SuccessFactors platform and HR processes.
β’ Serve as the primary HR Systems liaison for SuccessFactors Time Off, encompassing time types, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, workflows, permissions, and employee/manager interactions.
β’ Oversee and manage the HR Document Management system.
β’ Configure and uphold system settings, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, notifications, templates, and reference data.
β’ Collaborate with HR process owners and regional teams to grasp business requirements.
β’ Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, investigate incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
β’ Assist with SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and projects through impact assessment, testing, defect management, and production deployment.
β’ Monitor system processes, data quality, and user experience; suggest and implement enhancements.
β’ Maintain configuration records, test evidence, process documentation, support guidance, and user materials.
β’ Facilitate user training, communications, and change adoption initiatives.
β’ Ensure that solutions and processes comply with data privacy, security, audit, and records-management standards.
β’ Minimum of three years of practical experience in administering, configuring, or supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a complex organization.
β’ Hands-on experience with Employee Central Time Off, including configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of time types, calendars, work schedules, and accruals.
β’ Experience in supporting a Document Management system such as OpenText or Doxis, covering employee files, access controls, document classification, retention, and workflows.
β’ Familiarity with business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, data imports, and system testing within SuccessFactors.
β’ Comprehensive functional knowledge of SuccessFactors with the ability to work across multiple modules and end-to-end HR processes.
β’ Strong understanding of HR data, data privacy, security, and governance principles.
β’ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
β’ Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Proficient in testing, change management, and user-support functions.
β’ Capability to work independently within a global HRIS team.
β’ Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; adept at managing competing priorities and following issues through to resolution.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central, Time Management, or another relevant module is preferred.
β’ Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Document Management Core by OpenText or another enterprise HR document-management solution is a plus.
β’ Experience in a global, multi-country HR environment is desirable.
β’ Annual bonus of up to 15%.
