This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a valued member of our team as a seasoned Workday Time, Absence, and Payroll analyst.
• Enhance and support intricate configurations, reporting, and ongoing improvements.
• Act as a functional configuration specialist responsible for designing, building, testing, and optimizing Workday solutions within assigned modules.
• Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, and HR Operations.
• Convert business requirements into scalable configurations.
• Work in partnership with Business Analysts on requirements and process design, and with Workday Engineers on integrations, security architecture, and advanced technical components.
• Oversee configuration modifications, assist with releases, manage escalations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to Workday governance and ongoing enhancement.
• 4–7+ years of practical Workday HRIS experience.
• Profound knowledge of Workday capabilities and configuration.
• Competence in diagnosing system issues and proposing scalable solutions.
• Committed to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
• Effective collaboration with HR, IT, engineers, and business partners.
