This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Assisting with our HRIS migration.
• Offering essential support for core HR Systems.
• Leading our HR Data Management and Reporting Quality initiatives.
• Ensuring and enhancing our compliance and risk management strategies.
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience managing HRIS platforms within an organization that employs more than 5,000 individuals.
• Background in administering HR systems across various modules, including Talent Management, HCM, Compensation, and Learning & Development.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Workday.
• Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, benefits, performance management, talent operations, acquisition, and learning & development.
• Experience with comprehensive HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Skilled in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Advanced understanding of data management, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience with Business Intelligence systems like PowerBI or Looker.
• Knowledge of system integrations using APIs, middleware, or other tools, with demonstrated collaboration with Integration teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
