This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Configure and oversee all functions and modules of the HRMS.
• Ensure the system operates at peak efficiency and maintains data integrity.
• Administer integrations and connections with both internal and external systems.
• Spearhead and manage upgrades, enhancements, and system releases.
• Guarantee adherence to SOX and ITGC audit standards.
• Conduct audits regularly as necessary.
• Create, maintain, and provide both standard and ad hoc reports.
• Actively seek out and implement opportunities for automation.
• Diagnose system issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Lead and execute Alpha and Beta testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HRIS Systems Analyst role or a similar position.
• Practical experience in configuring and optimizing a complex, comprehensive HRMS.
• Understanding of HR operations and associated processes.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (including lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Demonstrated experience in platform and system configuration.
• Background in optimizing system and process automation.
• Experience in creating, testing, monitoring, and managing file feeds.
• Proficiency in developing complex, custom reports.
