HR Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Assists in the daily administration and upkeep of HR systems and various technology platforms.

• Acts as a resource for HR, management, and staff by troubleshooting issues, responding to system-related inquiries, and escalating complex matters to IT, vendors, or senior analysts as necessary.

• Aids the Senior Analyst with system configuration, enhancements, testing, and validation within non-production environments, adhering to established governance, change management, and approval procedures.

• Engages in system releases, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment validation to confirm that HR system functionality aligns with business processes and operational requirements.

• Maintains and validates HR system data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Creates, executes, and manages HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to fulfill operational needs, audit obligations, leadership inquiries, and initiatives for process improvement.

• Assists with security access reviews, role assignments, and the upkeep of system access documentation in collaboration with IT, HR leadership, and business process stakeholders.

• Records business requirements, testing outcomes, issue resolution steps, system processes, and standard operating procedures to facilitate sustainability and knowledge transfer.

• Works with HR functional leads, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to assess system issues, prioritize requests, suggest solutions, and promote continuous improvement.

• Offers guidance and communication support to HR users, leaders, and staff regarding system functionality, process modifications, and new enhancements.

• Monitors HR Help Desk or system support queues as assigned, ensuring prompt follow-up, resolution, documentation, and escalation of system-related requests.

• Aids in the implementation, stabilization, and optimization of HR technology initiatives, including workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and system integrations that affect HR processes.

• Performs any other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field - Required

• Equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Prior experience with Microsoft Office products - Required

• 2 years of applicable experience - Required

• Experience in HR or IT - Preferred

• Oracle HCM, HRIS, data analytics, project management, SHRM, or a related certification preferred.
