HR Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the daily administration, configuration, support, testing, documentation, and maintaining data integrity for designated HR systems and modules, including payroll, timekeeping, applicant tracking and onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, and benefits.

• This position involves authoring and supporting approved configuration changes, resolving system-related issues, ensuring data accuracy, and escalating complex, high-risk, or cross-functional issues to the HR Systems Specialist or HR Systems Manager.

• The role requires a keen attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and an understanding of the downstream effects on payroll, benefits, timekeeping, recruitment, learning, and the overall employee experience.

• Manage assigned systems, modules, workflows, tables, forms, reports, and business processes; create approved routine and intermediate configurations in the testing environment.

• Monitor, triage, document, and resolve service tickets within expected time frames; troubleshoot issues related to access, workflows, data, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent HR systems experience or equivalent background in supporting HR technology, payroll, talent acquisition, learning, benefits, compensation, or timekeeping.

• Proficient in system configuration, user support, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ticket resolution.

• Capable of managing confidential data with care; must possess strong attention to detail and adhere to change management and segregation of duties protocols.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and provide timely assistance in a remote setting; excellent communication and collaboration skills with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

• No degree is necessary; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Experience in UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM configuration; UKG or other HR technology certifications are preferred.
