This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide daily HR administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

β€’ Efficiently prioritize and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency and high quality.

β€’ Deliver HR services across all client accounts, including but not limited to: General HR Administration, On/Offboarding Management, Compliance Assistance, LOA, Handbook/Policy Development, Performance Management, SOP creation, etc.

β€’ Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and confidence through proactive communication and responsiveness.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Client Relationship Managers, and/or Technical Account Managers to comprehend client deliverables and provide regular and detailed status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.

β€’ Work with internal team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.

β€’ Utilize HR experience to foresee potential challenges and proactively tackle any issues that may arise.

β€’ Suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

β€’ Remain informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR.

β€’ Act as the first point of escalation for employee relations issues and guide managers through early-stage concerns.

β€’ Conduct initial fact-finding for low-risk investigations and prepare summaries for HR leadership.

β€’ Offer guidance to managers on progressive discipline, performance documentation, and interpretation of policies.

β€’ Assist in change management efforts during HR program rollouts by preparing guides, FAQs, or micro-trainings.

β€’ Execute any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in a multi-client environment is essential.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

β€’ A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant, or Business Partner roles, ideally in a client-facing capacity.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

β€’ Previous Payroll/Benefits processing experience is a plus.

β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

β€’ Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

β€’ Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
