HR Service Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and foster the development of a team of HR Service Associates, offering guidance and support to ensure outstanding performance and career advancement.

• Supervise the daily operations of the HR Service Team in India, guaranteeing prompt and precise responses to customer inquiries and requests.

• Recognize opportunities to improve service delivery, optimize processes, and enhance HR system data quality.

• Apply best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure the consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

• Address escalated employee concerns and complex inquiries.

• Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HR information system.

• Oversee data entry, record-keeping procedures, and manage various data audits.

• Create and implement training programs for the HR Service Team staff.

• Set and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the HR Service Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Experience in a service center setting is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work a split shift that includes U.S. morning hours.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to manage confidential information with care.

• Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
